Church of Bjernede

The church of Bjernede, Danish Bjernede Kirke, is a round church with Romanesque elements in Sorø and the only round church on the Danish island of Sjælland. It belongs to the bishopric Roskilde of the Evangelical-Lutheran folk church of Denmark. The church was built around 1177 by Sune Ebbesen and restored between 1890 and 1892.
