Naglis Hill

The Naglis Hill (lit. Naglio kalnas) is probably a castle hill in the north of the western capital of Palanga.

The hill named Naglis was mentioned for the first time in 1425 when the Knights of the Teutonic Order ruled him and built a castle on it. In the 15th- Century was here a holy place. There was also a settlement of cures. In 1926 the hill was forested by the forester of Marijona's Daujotas.

Like the Birutėn Hill, it is part of Palanga Castle Hill. Edit sourcetext
