Energy-related Products Act

The Energy Consumption-Relevant Products Act (EPPG) transposes the EU Ecodesign Directive (RL 2009/125 / EC, formerly Directive 2005/32 / EC) into German law and entered into force on 7 March 2008. The deadline for transposition of the directive was 11 August 2007.
