In 1916, the Indian state of Kerala was born in Thrissur. His full name was Syed Muhammad and the name of the name was Sarwar. In 1942, he received the degree of Adib Fazil from Madras University. After this, Tocheri taught temporarily in the form of a teacher at Brennan College. After this, he taught for two years at St John's High School in Tocheri. He first wrote children's stories for children in a monthly named Gancha. Jawahar Sahib also wrote Murasiya (mourning song) on ​​the gallows of Bengali.
