Tiberius Claudius Pompeianus Quintianus was a member of the Roman upper class who took part in a conspiracy against Emperor Commodus in 181 or 182. Quintianus was married to Aurelia, the daughter of Commodus' sister Lucilla, from her marriage with the Emperor Lucius Verus. According to Cassius Dio, he also maintained an intimate relationship with Lucilla. Quintianus was probably a nephew of the landowner and his father-in-law Markaurel, Tiberius Claudius Pompeianus. By his marriage he was in any case a member of the imperial house. Quintianus also belonged to the narrow circle around Commodus, whose buffoon and companion in youthful escapades he was. Quintianus' son was Lucius Aurellius Commodus Pompeianus.

In the year 181 or 182, Lucilla, Quintianus, Ummidius Quadratus and others conspired to assassinate Commodus. According to the literary sources, Lucilla was the leading force. According to Herodian, Lucilla, after the wedding of the Commodus, was afraid of her position as Augusta, and wanted to have her brother assassinated.

The reports of the assassination are very consistent in the sources: when Commodus was on his way to the amphitheater, Quintianus, instead of stepping up at once, fell upon him with the cry "The Senate". This gave the guards an opportunity to overpower him and save the emperor's life. Quintianus and Ummidius Quadratus were then executed. Lucilla was first exiled and later also hired.
