Lepsimando (Greek, Ληψίμανδος) was an ancient Greek city of Caria.

Belonged to the League of Delos since it appears mentioned in the records of tributes to Athens of the years 453/2 and 440/39 a. Where they paid a phoros of 1000 or 1500 drachmas. It is also cited in the tax appraisal decrees to Athens of the years 425/4 and 410/9 a. C. It is also mentioned by Stephen of Byzantium.

Its exact location is unknown, but by epigraphic evidence it should have been located in the southern part of the Gulf of Yaso. It has been suggested that it may have been located on the small island of Kalolimnos and also on the island of Salih Adası (the latter has also been proposed as the location of Tarampto).
