José Mancilla Peregrina

José Mancilla Peregrina is a Mexican politician member of the Popular Socialist Party. He was born in the state of Colima. He was deputy in the XLVI Legislature of the Congress of the State of Colima and in the XLVIII Legislature of the Congress of the State of Colima. It was next to Enrique Zúñiga Chávez, the only ones of the PPS in obtaining delegations to the local Congress thanks to the reforms promoted during the government of Jose Lopez Portillo.
