Joachim Huth (lawyer)


Joachim Huth (* 26 June 1928) is a German lawyer. He was a federal military disciplinary attorney from 1975 to 1993. Edit LifeQualtext

After graduating from high school in 1948, Huth studied legal science until 1952. Subsequently, he passed the legal preparatory service. From 1956 to 1959 he was a judge and prosecutor in Berlin.

In 1959, he joined the Federal Ministry of Defense (BMVg). From 1965 to 1969 he was a lecturer for criminal procedural law and matters of legal counsel (RB). After that he was a civil law expert until 1975, in particular responsible for overseeing the judiciary of the competent authorities of the defense center. From 1975 to 1993 he was a Bundeswehr disciplinary attorney (BwDA) at the Federal Administrative Court.
