Henryk Blazej is a Polish flutist.

He studied at the Krakow Conservatory where he graduated in 1976.

As a student, he participates in a National Flute Competition in Poland where he is distinguished by his early talent. He was soon invited to be part of the Capella Cracoviensis, a group devoted exclusively to the performance of early music. He appeared on the stages of Poland, the European Union, the United States and Asia, where he met with great success. He has made some recordings and has played live for radio and television in Poland, the Czech Republic, England ...

From 1991 to 1995, he was artistic director of Sandomierz International Music Festival. Since 1994, he has worked with Teresa Kaban as director of the International Festival of Forgotten Music in Tarnów, Poland. Change the code
