Ulrich Stephan (Physician)

Jaroslav Bílek (* 16 March 1971 in Vimperk, Czechoslovakia) is a former Czech cyclist.

Bilek won the peace trip in 1993, and in the following year the evaluation of the Lower Saxony as well as the Bavaria tour.

In 1996 Jaroslav Bílek started his professional career with the Czech cycling team Tico. He spent the last four years of his career from 1998 to 2001 for the Czech cycling team Wüstenrot-ZVVZ, for which he won the overall rating of the Ytong Bohemia Tour in 1999.
