Angel of Ruata and Sichar




Ángel de Ruata y Sichar (* 1832 in Binéfar; † 2. Februar 1911 in Madrid) war ein spanischer Diplomat.

In 1866 Ángel de Ruata y Sichar was elected to the Cortes in the municipality of Tamarite de Litera, where he remained until it was dissolved on September 29, 1868, during the fall of Queen Isabella II.

At the beginning of the First Spanish Republic, he was elected to the Cortes on 5 January 1876 for the city of Fraga. For the province of Huesca, he was elected to the Cortes during the legislative periods 1877, 1879-1880 and 1884-1885.

He was a member of the Real Maestranza de Caballería de Zaragoza, the Order of Isabella of the Catholics and the Order of Christ.

From 1900 to 1906 he was ambassador to Berlin. From 1907 to 1908 he was a senator for the province of Huesca in the Cortes. Single-level Edit source text
