F.O.A.D.

F.O.A.D. (an acronym for Fuck Off And Die, translated as "Fuck and Die") is an album by Norwegian metal band Darkthrone. Released in September of 2007, the album is a change of the black metal roots of the band, with this develops a sound more oriented to crust punk but still with certain parts of black metal, introduced in its previous album. It also includes parts that are similar to traditional heavy metal, in songs like 'F.O.A.D.' you can see an important influence of Motörhead.
