Pablo Montes, born on 23 November 1945 in Havana and died on 26 October 2008, is a former Cuban athlete. He earned his best result at the 1968 Summer Olympics in Mexico City when he won the silver medal in 4 × 100m relay with his compatriots Hermes Ramírez, Juan Morales and Enrique Figuerola behind the American relay.
