Robert Lühr (born September 20, 1949) is a former German footballer.

The midfielder played from 1956 in the youth of TSV Schlutup. In 1965, he moved to VfB Lübeck, where he was promoted to the squad of the first team by the youth division two years later. In the regional league North Robert Lühr qualified with Lübeck in the 1968/69 season for the ascent to the Bundesliga, where Lühr failed with his team. In 1971 Robert Lühr moved to the SSV Reutlingen 05. After the relegation with a total of 66 regional league goals and 12 goals for the Reutlinger with the SSV, Lühr joined SV Arminia Hannover. After a year in Hanover, Lühr went to Wormatia Worms, where he was in the season 1974/75 in the 2nd Bundesliga south to 24 Saisoneinsätze and a hit. Robert Lühr returned to the SSV Reutlingen in 1975/76, with whom he descended into the 1. Amateur League Schwarzwald-Bodensee for the second time in the 36th season for the Reutlinger in the 2. Bundesliga. In 1978 Lühr moved to TSV Pliezhausen. Three years later he joined the SpVgg 07 Ludwigsburg. In March 1983, Robert Lühr returned to TSV Pliezhausen for a year before finishing his career in the summer of 1984. He then played in the TSV Reutlingen old-timer team until 1993.
