Limpiuco Flag


The Limpiuco Flag was a rowing competition, specifically for trawlers, which took place in Santander in 2001. History

It was a competition held by the Ministry of Environment of the Government of Cantabria and took part in it four crews, the Remo Club Ciudad de Santander, the Sports Society of Remo Castro Urdiales, the Sports Society of Remo Pedreña and Pontejos Rowing Club. They competed in a single round, Santander and Castro stood out, but a rower of Castro, Agustín Múgica, broke the boat's tolete and they were all the regata with a less man. City of Santander was proclaimed champion of this unique edition. Result Bibliography
