Christian Lokervitz was enrolled in Greifswald in 1664, promoted to the Magister in Wittenberg in 1678 and became professor for oriental languages ​​in Greifswald in 1680. He acquired the degree of licentiate here, and in 1685 took over the prepositions in Loitz. In 1687 Lokervitz became a deacon at St. Nikolai in Stralsund.
