Dario Calle Correa


Darío de Jesús Correa Timoléon street was a Colombian guerrilla member of the Army of National Liberation. He was Commander of the Front Carlos Alirio Buitrago, that for years occupied the route Medellín-Bogota in the east of Antioquia. During the clashes between the ELN and the army, Calle Correa was forced to leave Antioquia inside the country. Before his death he was head of the central war in Tolima and east of Antioquia, strengthening the Bernardo López Arroyave Front, in the north of the department. He died in the municipality of Santo Domingo, Antioquia in a clash with the Colombian Army on January 28, 2008.
