Magazine of the Museum of La Plata

Magazine of the Museum of La Plata, (shortened Magazine Mus. La Plata), is a magazine with botanical descriptions edited by the Museum of La Plata in Argentina since 1891.

The Magazine of the Museum of La Plata began to be published in 1892. From that year until 1934 was published what was then called the Ancient Series and from 1936 was published as New Series. The Preliminary Notes (1931-1934) became Notes of the Museum from 1935 and the section Scientific Dissemination appeared in 1905, continuing until 1918. In 1938 appears Didactic Publications and Scientific Disclosure, which from 1949 continued as Technical Series and Didactics.
