In the German language, a participatory attribute or participle attribute is a participatory construction consisting of a participant and, if necessary, an extension. It is assigned to a noun as an attribute. Participatory attributions can be in different linguistic forms before or after their word and are often combined.

One differentiates between Partizip I attributes and Partizip II attributes.
