Ove Svejstrup won several gold medals at the Danish, Nordic and European junior championships. In 1998 he won the French Open in the Herrendoppel. He has also achieved more front rankings at Irish Open 1996, Hungarian International 1996, Norwegian International 1997, Amor International 1998, Norwegian International 1999 and the Swedish Open 2000.
