Dartos

Second structural layer of the testicular sacs: between the skin and the external spermatic fascia. It is a sheet of smooth muscle fibers adhering to the skin that are covered by its own fascia. Its direction is perpendicular to that of the transverse folds of the scrotum. It contains all the components of the bags, separating both compartments. Reflejo del Dartos
