Popcornkino

The term "popcornkino" or "popcorn film" is used to describe cinema films with a broad mass appeal and which are of interest to the majority of the cinema's viewers. Since these are often big Hollywood productions, you often have the image of the cinema screen with the big bag of popcorn in your head.

Movie critics sometimes use the term popcornkino to illustrate that it is a film with an easily comprehensible plot and easy-to-handle theme. Sometimes they also use the term to express what they think is the low meaning of the respective films. Edit source text
