Rudi Lipinski

Rudi Lipinski (born March 26, 1920 in Neukölln, Germany, July 13, 2002 in Wittenberg) was a local researcher of the city of Wittenberg and the region of the Old Course

As a city interpreter, he documented the changes in the Lutherstadt in word and image, and not only characterized the city life through his large number of historical publications in the print media. He raised interest in the history of the city through public lectures and events organized by the Lutheran town of Wittenberg, which was founded by him.

He worked professionally as managing director of the purchasing and supply cooperative (ELG) of the painter's trade.

In 2002 Rudi Lipinski was honored by the Minister President of the State of Saxony-Anhalt Wolfgang Böhmer for his outstanding social achievements with the honorary chairmanship of the Prime Minister. Edit the source text
