Desiderius Rwoma


Desiderius Rwoma (* May 8, 1947 in Ilogero, Tanzania) is Bishop of Bukoba. Edit LifeQualtext Desiderius Rwoma received the sacrament of priestly ordination on 28 July 1974.

On April 19, 1999, Pope John Paul II appointed him Bishop of Singida. Archbishop of Daressalam, Polycarp Cardinal Pengo, gave him the bishop's ordination on the 11th of July of that year; Co-conspirators were the Archbishop of Tabora, Mario Epifanio Abdallah Mgulunde, and the Bishop of Singida, Bernard Mabula, Emeritus.
