Ricardo Zelarayán (* Paraná, province of Entre Ríos, October 21, 1922 - December 29, 2010) was a fecund writer of Argentine customs.

He studied medicine in Buenos Aires, a career that he later left to work as a corrector of an editorial. He worked as a translator and journalist. In 1973 he collaborated with the magazine Literal.

His works stand out for the colloquial language although he himself admits influence of recognized writers. In 2009, Argonauta Publishing published "Ahora o nunca", a volume that gathers most of his poetic work.
