Corsetti is Professor of Psycholinguistics at the University of La Sapienza in Rome. He is associated with the British Esperanto writer Anna Loewenstein, b. Brennan (* 1951), married. As his two sons grew up in three languages, he set up a network for exchanging experiences between parents of multilingual children using Esperanto as a family language (Rondo Familia, now Denaskuloj, Esperanto native speaker).
