Theory of the title

The theory of title or title (Entitlement Theory) is a theory of private property created by Robert Nozick in his book Anarchy, State and Utopia. This theory corresponds to an attempt by this author to describe "justice in possession".

This theory is made up of three principles: Nozick believes that if the world were absolutely just, the two principles would be needed and the following inductive definition would comprehensively cover the subject of justice in possessions: Origin of theory

The title theory is based on the ideas of John Locke. According to Robert Nozick's theory, people are represented as an end in themselves and equal to each other, as Kant pointed out, although different people may possess (i.e., have a title a) different amounts of ownership. Nozick's ideas create a strong system of private property and a free-market economy. The only fair transaction is that which is done voluntarily. Thus taxes on the rich to support social programs for the benefit of the poor are unfair, because the state acquires money by force rather than by voluntary transaction. Bibliography Notes
