Qingjing-Moschee


Qingjing-Moschee in Quanzhou The Qingjing Mosque (Pinyin Qingjing si), located in the Chinese city of Quanzhou (泉州市), Fujian Province, is a ruin, built in 1009 by Arab merchants in the style of the Prayer Hall of Damascus. It is also called Aisuhabu Mosque (Aisuhabu qingzhensi 艾苏哈卜 清真寺), which is the transcription of the Arabic name al-Aṣḥāb. It is one of the oldest Islamic buildings in China.
