Talgo L-9202

The L-9202, Trav-ca, 130-901 with its initial prototype Virgin of the Good Way of Talgo, is an electric locomotive of new technology, with variable width axis manufactured entirely by Talgo. It is also a locomotive prepared for high speed, so it is multitension, being able to withstand even 3 or 4 different tensions to be able to circulate throughout Europe. The security systems they have are ASFA and LZB but have pre-assembled other systems such as European ERTMS or EBICAB. The maximum speed per conventional line initially is of 220 km / h and 260 km / h in LAV.

Manufactured by Talgo (company) and Ingeteam since 2005, it has served as the basis for the Renfe 130 Series locomotives, although these high-speed trains eventually carry Talgo-Bombardier locomotives. This locomotive has also been studied as a solution in countries such as Spain or Russia because of the interoperability with different types of roads, voltages and signaling systems.
