The Porsche Mobil 1 Supercup 2012 was the 20th season of the Porsche Supercup. It included nine races. The season began on 21 April in Bahrain and ended on 9 September in Monza. René Rast won the driver's, Hermes Attempto Racing's team ranking. As strong deformations on the rims were determined at the start of the race in Spain, the organizers of the Porsche brand cup decided to cancel the race in Barcelona. Christian Engelhart (Konrad Motorsport) got two championship points for the pole position, which he drove out on Saturday.
