Christoph Froschauer the Younger (* 1532; † 1585) was a Zurich book printer, publisher and bookseller. Edit LifeQualtext

He was the nephew of the book printer Christoph Froschauer in Zurich, who had made a name for himself mainly through the pressure of Zwingli's Zurich Bible. After the death of his uncle in 1564, his nephew continued the print shop at Froschaugasse.

As a member of the Zurich Council, Froschauer saw around 1574 the colored painting of the City of Zurich drawn by the cartographer Jos Murer for the city. He recognized the potential of the picture and made pressure and sale. There is no more copy of the first edition of the Mireplans from 1576.
