Go-Toba In no Shimotsuke (後 鳥羽 院 下野, Go-Toba In No Shimotsuke) was a Japanese poetess and courtesan who lived in the late Heian era and in the first half of the Kamakura era. She was granddaughter of Hafuribe no Narinaka, wife of Minamoto non Ienaga and mother of Sōheki Mon In no Tajima, all of them poets. It was also known by the name of Shinnō (信 濃, Shinnō).

In 1203 she was assigned as servant of the Retired Emperor Go-Toba and meets Ienaga, who was vassal of the emperor and they get married.

As a poet, she participated in several waka competitions in 1232, 1236, 1248 and 1251. Some of her poems appear in the imperial anthology Shin Kokin Wakashū. She is considered one of the thirty-six immortal women of poetry.
