Fernando Arias Ramírez (Calarcá, Quindío, Colombia, 1908 - Calarcá, Colombia, 1974) was a Colombian writer, journalist and politician and is one of the most important Quindian authors in history. p>

He served as a parliamentarian, founder-director of the newspaper El Clarín, published in Calarcá, Quindío during the 1920s, deputy for the Departmental Assembly of Caldas, as well as collaborator, columnist and editorialist of the newspaper La Patria de Manizales, Caldas. Works
