Henry Payne Iba, named "Hank" (born 6 August 1904 in Easton, Missouri, 15 January 1993 in Stillwater, Oklahoma), was an American basketball coach. He is known for his time as a coach of the Oklahoma State University (1934-1970), which led him to the NCAA championships in 1945 and 1946. He was the first coach to win the title.
