European Sociological Review


European Sociological Review is the sociological journal of the European Consortium for Sociological Research. European Sociological Review has evolved over the past few years into a renowned sociology journal, which has been published on a worldwide basis and focuses on empirical, in particular quantitative, articles. Richard Breen, Director of the Center for Research on Inequalities and the Life Course at Yale University, calls her "the world's leading journal for quantitative, comparative research, which is continually publishing the most innovative and interesting empirical research." The journal had an Impact Factor of 1.031 in 2013 and was therefore ranked 51st out of 137 in the Social Science Citation Index in the Sociology category.
