Eirik Glambek Bøe (* 25 of October of 1975 (41 years), in Bergen, Norway) is musician, writer and vocalista. He is known for being part of the duet Kings of Convenience with Erlend Øye. He studied psychology at the University of Bergen, his hometown. Although his mother tongue is Norwegian, most of his writings are in English. His wife, model Ina Grung with whom he has a son, also appears in covers of Kings of Convenience. He formed the Skog band with Erlend Øye in the 1990s. Later, in 1998, they formed the band Kings of Convenience and released their first album titled "Quiet is the New Loud" in 2001. In 2004 Kings of Convenience released his second album under the name "Riot on an Empty Street". In October 2009 Kings of Convenience released their third album titled "Declaration of Dependance". It has a group called Kommode with the old members of the old band Skog where Eirik plays bass.

He currently lives in Norway where he has his own dance hall with live music called Klubb Kavalér.
