The Tuxtla Gutiérrez Botanical Museum, in the city of Tuxtla Gutiérrez, in the state of Chiapas, Mexico, was founded in 1951 along with the Faustino Miranda Botanical Garden under the tutelage of Faustino Miranda (which the garden honors with his name), a botanical expert who devoted much of his life to studying the flora of the state of Chiapas.

This museum houses the herbarium and scientific collections, such as the permanent exhibition "Maderas de Chiapas".
