Sheldon Goldstein


Sheldon Goldstein (born October 24, 1947 in Augusta, Georgia) is an American theoretical physicist.

Goldstein studied at Yeshiva University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1969 and a Bachelor of Science degree in 1971 and a doctorate in physics in 1973. He has been a professor at Rutgers University since 1977.

It deals with the fundamentals of quantum mechanics and especially the development of the De Broglie-Bohm theory. He works together with Detlef Dürr.

Er ist Mitglied der American Association for the Advancement of Science.
