Tenel Ka
Tenel Ka is a character in the fictional universe of Star Wars.
This young woman named Tenel Ka is the heiress of Prince Isolder of Hapes and Teneniel Djo, a Dathomiriana witch. Raised as a privileged child in Dathomir, Tenel Ka has always made her way to remain in the universe. His mother taught him the ways of the Dathomirian witches and allowed him to dress in a reptilian skin tunic of a warrior woman. Powerful with strength, Tenel Ka chose to train at Luke Skywalker's Jedi Academy on Yavin 4. In spite of this, she used only the Force when necessary. Muscular and athletic, she preferred body exercises to those of the mind. Although impatient, rude, and without humor, she would soon make friends like Jacen and Jaina Solo and Lowbacca, the young Wookiee, neither of whom knew she was a princess. Exploring Yavin's 4 massassi jungles, the four found a TIE Fighter that had hit the surface, seemingly incapacitated since the Battle of Yavin, long before they were born. Jaina began to repair the ship, adding a hyperdrive module to the ship with the help of her friends.
Unfortunately, the TIE pilot, Qoril, was still alive and hidden in the jungle. He managed to capture Jacen and Jaina, but Tenel Ka and Lowbacca both escaped, running into the middle of the jungle.
On his way back to the Academy for help, Tenel Ka rescued Em Teedee, Lowie's translator android. The droid led them back to the temple just in time to show Han Solo and Chewbacca how to save Jacen and Jaina. The children were safe, but before they could stop the TIE fighter, it jumped to hyperspace.
Weeks later, Tenel began to have nightmares about the Dathomian witches, the Sisters of the Night. Then Lando Calrissian communicated with horrible news that Jacen, Jaina, and Lowie had been kidnapped by the Empire Forces. Finding Luke and Tenel Ka to find the lost Jedi youth led them to Borgo Prime, and from there to Dathomir, where they disguised themselves and volunteered as candidates for the new generation of Sisters of the Night. They discovered that the kidnapped youths were students at the Shadow Academy, a Dark Side Force school led by Sister of the Night Tamith Kai. Accepted at the school after demonstrating their understanding of the Dark Side of the Force, they set off for the Academy aboard the Shadow Chase, a quantum armored speedy craft. Luke had cheated the pilot and forced him into an escape pod. The ship then proceeded with its autopilot. When they arrived to rescue the students, they met the young people in the landing bays, all three were already trying to escape. The four young Jedi and their Master returned to Yavin Four aboard the Shadow Chaser.
