Serranía de Segura

The Serranía de Segura is a mountainous massif of the Prebética mountain range constituted by a series of predominantly limestone lithology sierra among which are the mountains of Segura, Cazorla and Villas in Jaén, Sierra de Gavilán in Murcia, the Sierra de Castril and the Sagra in Granada, and the Sierra de Alcaraz in Albacete. This serrania stands out because in it, and thanks to its abundant precipitations, two rivers of great importance are born as they are the Guadalquivir and the Segura.
