Serhane Ben Abdelmajid
Serhane (Sarhane) Ben Abdelmajid Fakhet (aka Sarhane Tunisian and Tunisian), (Tunis, 10 July 1968 - Leganés, 3 April 2004) was a terrorist to whom Spanish justice attributed co-author attacks of 11 of March of 2004 in Madrid. Along with other members of the command, he committed suicide by bombing a flat in a Leganés flat when it was located by the police. Biography
He moved to Spain in the 1990s to study languages and Economics in Madrid. Shared apartment with other students. He worked as an accountant at the M-30 mosque, where he contacted the most radical elements of Islam. Among his friends were at the beginning of the decade of 2000 one of the authors of the attacks of Casablanca of 2003 against Spanish interests. In the summer of 2003 he began to work in a real estate. From then on he is monitored by the police for his contacts with Jamal Ahmidan, one of the perpetrators of the 11-M attack. On March 8, 2004, the police lost all contact with him. In the last days before the attack was dedicated to sell some goods and to collect old debts, supposedly to finance the attack.
