Robot (Lost in space)

The Robot whose official name was B9 is a character in the television series Lost in Space and Film Adaptation. His voice was borrowed by Dick Tufeld while Bob May wore the suit. It was designed by Robert Kinoshita, the same robot designer Robby the robot in Forbidden Planet. Originally thought only as a machine with no personality that in the first seasons had no real connection with the plot, the Robot was acquiring more and more popularity until becoming next to Dr. Smith and Will Robinson in one of the main characters and more of the series. The robot would develop personality and feelings. He formed a deep friendship with Will, the family member who wanted the most, and constantly acted as the Robinson's guardian. His characteristic phrase was "Danger, Danger Willl Robinson!"
