ASTRO-C
ASTRO-C, renamed Ginga (galaxy in Japanese) after its launch was the third satellite launched to study the sky in X-rays from Japan. It was launched on February 5, 1987 from the Kagoshima Space Center to an orbit with about 510 km of perigee and 670 of apogee, with a slope of 31 ° and a period of about 96 minutes. The satellite operated until 1 November 1991, when it was incinerated in the atmosphere.
