Anellini is an Italian pasta.

The Anellini are a reduced form of the Anelli, which is identical in form, but they have only a quarter the size of an Anelli. Anellini are ring-shaped noodles. They are similar in shape to a slice of Penne and have a smooth surface. The Anellini is almost exclusively used as a soup. The cooking time is six to eight minutes. The name Anellini comes from the Italian and is the diminutive of Anelli, which means as much as rings. Weblinks Edit sourcetext Commons: Anellini - Collection of pictures, videos and audio files
