Franz Brinnich (born June 15, 1879 in Hollenbach, Germany) was an Austrian politician (CS) and deputy to the National Council in the 1st to 4th legislature period from 10 November 1920 to 2 May 1934th

Brinnich attended a two-year old school and a technical school for Wagner. After that he was a Wagnerian, farmer, landowner, and also mayor of Hollenbach and chairman of the Wagner cooperative in Waidhofen an der Thaya.
