Chris Joannou

Christopher John Joannou (born November 10, 1979 in Newcastle, Australia) is the bassist of the Australian grunge band Silverchair. In addition to his work in this band, he acted as an assistant producer of the Feeling Sideways and Notes from a Ceiling with The Mess Hall albums.

Throughout his career he has used bass and Fender and G & amp; L guitars, as well as Ampeg B-15 Portaflex amplifiers. Due to the suicide of his cousin at age 21, he promoted the creation of schools for people with mental problems.
