International University of Dhaka

The International University of Dhaka is a non-governmental institution in the city of Dhaka, the capital of the Asian country of Bangladesh. The university was created on April 7, 1995 by the Private University Act of 1992. The founder of the institution is Professor Dr. ABM Mafizul and the rector is Dr. Nurul Momen.

Initial planning began in 1994, but the university was established in 1995. It currently operates as a government-approved university under the Non-Governmental Laws of 1992 and 1998.
