Zuzanna Radecka (Zuzanna Anna Radecka, born April 2, 1975 in Ruda Śląska) is a former Polish sprinter.

In 1999 she won silver at the Universiade in Palma over 200 m and in the 4 x 100 meter relay. At the Athletics World Championships in Seville, she reached the quarterfinale for more than 200 m and finished seventh with the Polish four-time 100-meter relay. In 2000, she finished the semi-finals at the Olympic Games in Sydney for more than 200 m in the lead and 4 times 100-meter relay in the semi-final.

In the 2002 European Athletics Championships in Munich she won the bronze medal with the Polish team in the 4 x 400 meter relay. In 2004, she became fourth with the Polish 4-by-400-meter relay at the Hall World Championships in Budapest and Fifth at the Olympic Games in Athens.

In 2007 she came fourth with the Polish relay team at the Halleneuropames in Birmingham. At the World Cup in Osaka, she finished over 400 m in the lead and finished sixth with the 4-by-400-meter relay.
