ATM 85–92

STEL 85-92 streetcars were a series of trams used on the Milan intercity trams.

They were supplied by Reggiane in 1928 and were nicknamed "Reggio Emilia" because of their origin. They had a wooden structure similar to those of the 44-49 series, built a few years earlier. "Reggio Emilia" had a multi-purpose system that enabled them to operate with 600 V DC (the traditional tram lines) as well as the 1200 V DC system of the Adda lines.

The multi-purpose cars were used on the lines Milano-Vaprio and Milano-Vimercate. Edit the source text Edit source text Weblinks Edit sourcetext Commons: STEL 85-92 - collection of pictures, videos and audio files
