Sylvain Tanga Ilboudo is a Burkinese road bike racer.
Sylvain Ilboudo won the third stage in Lahota at the Tour de l'Or Blanc in 2005 and was thus able to decide the overall evaluation. In the 2007 season, he finished third in the road race of the Burkinese championship. Later he won the sixth stage of the Tour du Faso after Bobo-Dioulasso.
